What Jolly is

Jolly (jollyorders.com) is a web application operated by Sign With Jolly, LLC (“Jolly,” “we,” “us”) that notary signing services use to coordinate loan-signing appointments with independent notaries. This page describes Jolly's text-message program in full so that anyone — including carrier and compliance reviewers — can see who receives texts, how they opt in, what they receive, and how they stop.

Who receives text messages

Only independent notaries who have created a free notary account on Jolly and turned on text alerts in their account settings. Jolly does not send marketing or promotional texts, does not text consumers or signers, and does not buy, rent, or import phone lists. A notary's mobile number is entered by the notary when they sign up.

How a notary opts in

The notary creates a free account at app.jollyorders.com/join, entering their own mobile number.
Text alerts are off by default. No text is sent until the notary turns on one or more switches under Settings → Notification Preferences → "Text me about" inside their account.
Each switch controls one kind of text. Turning a switch on records the notary's consent for that kind of message; the consent statement shown next to the switches is reproduced below, exactly as it appears in the app.
The notary can turn any switch off at any time on the same screen, or reply STOP to any message.

What the messages say

All messages are transactional notices about the notary's own signing work, sent on behalf of the signing service they work with. Every message identifies the sender and ends with opt-out instructions. Representative examples:

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Jolly immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@signwithjolly.com. Notaries can also turn individual alerts off under Settings → Notification Preferences at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
